I have been coaching professionally for 33 years in all disciplines and qualified as a BHSI in 2003. I have always been particularly keen on rider biomechanics and especially the subtle effects it can place on a horse. I had this idea to help riders understand contact better many years ago and always thought somebody else would do it. They didn’t , so I did!

I am a staunch supporter of local business and was keen to keep production in the UK. Revelation Reins are Bespoke, hand made by an award winning saddler using English leather and British steel billets.

These reins have been demonstrated at the International BHS Convention 2018 with Sam York FBHS, Christof Hess and Chris Bartle FBHS where they received an enthusiastic feedback and generated a lot of interest.

Enquires to date have been from accredited coaches, riders, riding school proprietors, RDA instructors, Universities and coaches in Bio-Mechanics. Test riders include riders at Grand Prix, International Eventing, BE Intermediate, Novice & 100 and BS.
