We will provide a refund in full, less postage and packing for any products returned to us in the original packaging, unused, unsoiled and in the original new condition within 14 days.
Alternatively we are very happy to exchange any goods ordered in the wrong size, colour , strength, however we will not be able to offer a refund until we receive the returned goods.
If an item has been made outside of normal rein production type a refund can only be offered if we feel we can resell that item.
This will be at our discretion, although we will try to help as much as possible. Please note our refund/Return policy is 14 days. Soiled goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
The cost of returning any items will be covered by you.
Faulty Items
If a product is faulty and/or damaged upon delivery and/or the wrong item is delivered you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.
Returning Products
We must be notified prior to you returning any items by emailing us at info@revelationreins.com and we will issue you with a returns reference number. In the event of you returning an item to us please ensure that the item(s) is/are suitably packaged with original packaging where possible and please enclose your contact details along with the issued return reference number, reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement.
We recommend that you obtain proof of posting for your records.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
